How it works

Here at E-Tee Embroidery, we believe in making the ordering process as stress-free as possible for our customers. Given the endless possibilities and combinations of fabrics, apparel types, thread colors, and other factors,  it is sometimes an overwhelming experience for those unfamiliar with the ordering process. But not to worry! We have created a simple step-by-step guide below to help navigate you through this process.


Step 1:  E-mail us your design and specifications.

  • Select a logo/image you would like to use.
    • Please attach the image file to the e-mail.
    • Please specify sizing and measurement of the logo if known, as well as desired placement. [Ex. 4.5in x 3in on the right chest.]
  • Choose the type of medium that the logo will be placed on. [Ex. Short-Sleeve T-Shirt, Zip-Up Jacket, Beanie, etc.]

      • Please let us know if you will be providing your own material or if you would like us to purchase it for you at our affordable wholesale pricing listed in our above Catalogs.
  • Determine the number of pieces you will be ordering.

Step 2: Receive a free quote.

  • Based on the information you provide from Step 1, we will provide you with a free quote within 24 hours, as well as an estimated completion timeline. If additional information is needed, we will let you know!


Step 3: Approve artwork.

  • If you are satisfied with our quote and estimated completion timeline schedule, we can then begin to digitize your artwork and send you the final digitized design for your approval before any production occurs. Please note that there may be a digitizing fee, which will be included in your quote.
    • Common Question: ​What is digitizing? Why is there a digitizing fee?
      • Digitizing is the conversion of your image/design into instructions for our embroidery machines to follow when creating your product. The fee correlates to the complexity of your design and the time required to manually recreate your logo using our computer program. It is charged only the first time a logo is used. Once we have that logo in our systems, it can be reused on reorders without incurring the digitization fee again for that one logo.


Step 4: Approve and begin production.

  • Once you are completely satisfied with the design and are ready to move forward, we will begin production.


Step 5: Receive your final product.

  •  Based on your preference, we will notify you when your order is ready for pick-up or when we have mailed out your order.
